Our family has worked in professional cleaning for nearly two decades. In 2011, we brought that experience into duct cleaning, helping homeowners across the GTA keep the systems moving air through their homes clean and well maintained.

Request a QuoteDo I even need duct cleaning, and how often should I do it?
Most homes don’t need yearly duct cleaning. For a typical family home, every 3–5 years is usually enough, depending on pets, renovations, smoking, and how dusty your area is. Dryer vents and HRV systems are best checked once a year because lint and outdoor air can build up faster. If we arrive and your system genuinely doesn’t need a full clean yet, we’ll tell you and explain why. We’d rather lose a job than sell work you don’t need.
How long does a visit take, and how disruptive is it?
A full duct + dryer vent + HRV package on a standard home usually takes about 2–3 hours. Larger homes or multiple systems can take longer — we’ll tell you upfront when we send your quote. You can work from home while we’re there. We protect the floors where we bring equipment in, keep doors closed as much as possible, and clean up after ourselves before we leave.
Are you one of those $99 duct cleaning deals — will you upsell me at the door?
No. We don’t run “whole house for $99” ads and then change the price once we’re inside. You get a flat, all-in price in writing before we book. That’s the price you pay. If we find something unusual — like a second hidden furnace or an extra-long run — we’ll show you, explain the options, and only do extra work if you ask us to. No scare tactics, no surprise bill.
What do I need to do before you arrive?
Very little. A few small things help the visit go smoothly:
- Clear a path to your furnace, main vents, and dryer
- Move any fragile items from around the machines and main vents
- Make sure someone who can approve the work is home
We bring everything else: hoses, vacuum, floor protection where needed, and cleaning tools.
Are you okay with kids and pets at home while you work?
Absolutely. Most of our customers have kids, pets, or both. All we ask is that pets are secured in a room or crate so doors can open and close safely while we move equipment, and so they don’t get stressed by the noise. Kids are welcome to watch part of the process — we’re happy to explain what we’re doing in plain language.
